1. Any guarantee  made by A-Z photography is limited to work carried out by A-Z photography and any potential remedy is at the discretion of  A-Z photography2. Any claim made by the client in respect to an A-Z photography guarantee only applies if the client is local at the time of claim for any image(s) that have been rejected.3. Proof to the satisfaction of A-Z photography from the authority having jurisdiction must be shown, explaining why the image(s) where rejected. 4. No refund will be offered if the client has the image(s) retaken by another service or did not notify A-Z Photography within reasonable and appropriate time frame, and in any event no later than 7 days after the authority having jurisdiction decision, as offered in the guarantee to the client.5. If  A-Z Photography was provided incorrect or incomplete information by the client including but not limited to; country, use of the photo, any requirements or any other relevant information,  the cost for retaking, reprinting, emailing, administration and any additional expenses will apply and be payable by the client prior to issue of the new.6. No shows (failure to appear on time) to your appointment, without a notification of at least 2 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $20 no show fee.
